SMS Messaging Specifics

SMS Delivery (Paid Tier Only)

SMS joke delivery is available only for paid subscription plans. To enable SMS delivery:

You must provide and verify your phone number via one-time passcode (OTP)
You must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages
One phone number per account (to prevent spam and unauthorized use)

What SMS Messages You'll Receive

If you enable SMS delivery, you will receive:

Verification code (one-time, during phone number verification)

Account notifications (rare, only critical account-related messages)

We do NOT send:

• Promotional or marketing SMS messages

As the adult subscriber, you maintain full control over: what jokes are generated, when jokes are sent, and who receives jokes (only your registered email or verified phone). Any personalization information you provide (such as "jokes for my 8-year-old who likes dinosaurs") is used solely to generate age-appropriate content and is not stored as children's personal data.

Parental Responsibility

If you create jokes for children, you are responsible for:
